Whos up for a challenge?!
I have been off track for a month, and i really need a good motivational challange to get me back on the wagon
So would love to hear from chickies who feel the same, and who have some ideas how we can make this challenge really work for us, heres to a slim xmas!
Im going to set myself weekly challenges:
1. Eat at least three portions of fruit and veg a day
2. Exercise 3 times a week
3. Drink that water! 6 pints a day
