Today is my first day

I want to start my weightless journey and be successful. I have looked through the site and saw many motivating stories and pictures
Any advice would be welcome. I was thinking of the Fat Flush diet. Anyone here had success with that? I know I must start eating right and exercise but, I am one of those snackers

. Does anyone have advice on how to stop that? I try to eat healthy snacks but, I eat when I am not hungry and I don't like the way I feel anymore.
