Smile First day

Today is my first day I want to start my weightless journey and be successful. I have looked through the site and saw many motivating stories and pictures
Any advice would be welcome. I was thinking of the Fat Flush diet. Anyone here had success with that? I know I must start eating right and exercise but, I am one of those snackers . Does anyone have advice on how to stop that? I try to eat healthy snacks but, I eat when I am not hungry and I don't like the way I feel anymore.
Thanks for any advice or encouragement.

Hey and welcome!!!

I too am a snacker, well was, I found that it was not the snacking per se but the "hand to mouth action" that was the culpret. Try drinking water, chrystal light...remove yourself from the temptation. If that does not work maybe make popsicles from the chrystal light and suck on them??
If I think of any other idea I will tell you!
goodluck and you have defniately come to the right place!!!

Hello,
This is my first day here. I found this site by accident...but glad I did. I understand about binging or snacking, that is why I need to lose 20 lbs. My son is special needs and I have to feed him all his meal, which I find myself feeding myself along with him. Figure if I eat with him then I don't have to stop later on to eat something, but I guess I never realized how much he eats, the other day I counted how many times he ate,,,I feed him on the average of 8 times a day, the dr's say he needs to gain more weight. (wish I had that problem). So trying to get him to "gain" I'm gaining right along with him... So hopefully I can find some tried and true tricks that may help me here to shed the weight, I've been gaining w/ my son.
