You CAN lose the weight! You just have to find what works for you and get the motivation and right inspiration to do it!
I do taebo for my exercises and I love it!! I would recommend it! I do the bootcamp series right now. It's so much fun! You can find a lot of support and make friends here! I started exercising and watching what I eat at my highest weight which isn't too far from yours 240! I've lost 2 pounds and I credit that to coming here and actually sticking to it
