Hi all Sorry havent posted for a while I have now lost 8lb but still need to loose another 1stone and a half ( sorry from the uk) thats about 21lb ( I think) before Aug 11th Nephews wedding
any support would be greatly appreciated.

First congrats on the 8lb loss! Take things one day at a time, drink your water, and journal what you are eating. I know that if I have a special occasion to go to that helps me stay o.p. You know you can do this, you are worth it, best of luck to you.

Keep OP, do what you're doing and you'll be successful. It might be a good idea to think about how much better you're looking on this journey rather than thinking about exactly how much weight you need to lose in a specific time. Work toward your goal, lose the weight, but try not to worry too much about the scale. You've got a great attitude and you're going to do this!
