Exclamation MOMS WEIGHT IN week of 11/21

Good morning ladies!!!!!

If I am not mistaken today is Thanksgiving for a lot of you. Well happy Thanksgiving and good luck with the temptations. Have a fun and relaxing day with your friends and family.

Well as you may know the weekend did not go really well for me and I was pretty down on myself. I took your advice Cat and threw the last chocolate bar in the garbage because I have been looking at it for 2 days sitting on top of the fridge. So just as I suspected this morning at my weigh in I did not move a budge on the scale I stayed at 188lbs. I guess I should be happy with myself for not gaining after a pretty big cheat on my diet. Though once again it's frustrating because the morning of the big chocolate binge I was 186lbs and was feeling GREAT!!! So once again I am learning my lesson that cheating is not worth it. I love the taste of it, but as soon as I swallow it I feel guilty instantly. I guarantee that next Monday it will say 186lbs

holidayboyz, though you may not start your diet hardcore until the new year, please check in with us because you have still set goals for yourself in regards to the water intake and chocolate (I should probably follow suit in that). We are here for support and still would like to hear from you, and will still be here in the New Year when you start fresh.

Brianna- I know you were busy last week with Jax's surgery, I hope he is doing well. Just be sure to take care of yourself as well because I don't doubt you might be pretty exhausted. Check in with us, it's been while.

NavyWife - Hope last week was more relaxed for you. You mentioned it was pretty emotional in the house last weekend. Hope all is well How are you doing with kicking the soda from your diet? Have a great week and look forward to your weigh in. Wow, only 2 more weeks until hubby is home!!!!!!!!!!!!!

teahoney - You had a fabulous week last week, hope you stick around and share your progress with us. How is the soda thing going for you as well, were you able to kick it from your diet last week?

Amanda, how was your weigh in last week? You sound so super motivated it's awesome. Can't wait to hear how it went.

tryinagain - Please check in with us. Hope all is going well with you.

Maycesmom - I was thinking about you the other day afer my chocolate binge, and wished I was doing WW and was able to fit them into my points like did the cookies. But then I realized my chocolate would have taken up the points for 2 days probably, where the cookies were and nice treat for yourself. How was the rest of the week?

Everybody seems to be on the right track and we are getting results. Stick to it. I look forward to hearing about everybody's weekends.

Hi Andrea,

Thanksgiving isn't until Thursday.

I did good yesterday avoiding chocolate and drinking water. I did my exercise DVD in the morning and felt good about the day.

I haven't had any water or exercised yet today. Better get on that...

Hi!

The water factor....I can't remember my water lately. I am going to be careful about that this week.

I can't wait to hear how everyone did this week. I technically weigh in on Saturdays and just report it here on Mondays but I lost 1.5 pounds this week. Now I just have to keep it off during Thanksgiving!

I am doing the cooking which is good and bad. Bad because I will be around alot of food for a few days and have leftovers but good because I can make some healthy dishes to go along with the not so healthy.

I plan to make lots of veggies and fill up on protein and veggies with just a dab of the more traditional foods. I am making Tofurky!

Andrea....Sorry you didn't see a loss this week. Just get right back on track. We all make mistakes but the difference between the people who really lose the weight and the ones who don't succeed is that the successful ones don't let one mistake deter them from their plan.

Wow, it must be slow this week. I just found our thread on the 2nd page I am sure many of you are busy this week with family and friends since Thanksgiving is coming up. Well good luck to all of you and keep up the good work.

Way to go Cat 1.5lbs is awesome!!!! You are doing an amazing job and have been very consistant. Just keep up the water intake. Good idea doing all the cooking, that way you have full control of what goes on the table. It's a lot of work, but it's all worth it. Tofurky!!! That sounds great....let me know what it's like because I am not much of an meat eater.

Opps Holidayboyz...well have a great time tomorrow You will see a real difference in yourself by just cutting out the chocolate and drinking water. You will probably feel better and have more energy. Keep up the great work.

Well ladies like I said have a great Thanksgiving and enjoy.

Hi!

I am worried about the whole thanksgiving thing. It is 10:30pm and I have been cooking up a storm already. I am trying to make healthy choices but have to make the goodies too. I keep tasting what I am cooking not because I am dying to taste it but just to make sure it tastes okay. I am sure all these calories are going to add up!

Sigh...

Hi Everyone,

This weigh in was quite a surprise. I had a lose of 3.4. I thought it wouldn't be that good considering i had the molasses cookie, but I tried to eat sensibly and with WW you can definatley have treats you just have to fit them in. Hope everyone had a great thanksgiving!!!!
