last 10 pounds
Hi, I am trying to lose my last 10-15 pounds. I am trying to get back into my pre-baby clothes. I am hoping it will only take 10 pounds but, I just can't seem to get there. I seem to lose a few pounds and then gain 3 back. I am so frustrated right now because it seems like I have been trying to lose this weight and I have been trying very hard. I even upped my exercise routine thinking that would help and I gained 2 pounds this week. Last time I lost my weight I lived close to my family and I had tons of support from them. Now we live far away and I haven't really met anyone so, I am in need of some support. To make it even more difficult my husband is currently trying to gain weight (he is very close to his minimum weight requirement in the army). That really frustrates me. I am not always this *****y but, I weighed myself this morning. Since this is my first week of tougher exercise I was expected a good loss not a gain. I have also been counting my calories and keeping track of my weight watchers points. Anyway I would like to have a buddy if you are interested. What kind of diet plan do you follow?? I know from losing this weight the first time round that the last 10 pounds is so hard. Last time I lost the weight I was going to the gym and I had a personal trainer. Unfortunatley, that is not an option for me this time. Well, I think I have rambled on long enough and I feel better after my little venting session.
