Smile Need a Buddy

Hi guys! I found this website today. I am not very familiar with it. But I have been wanting to lose weight for a while and I figured it would help if someone could cheer me on and help me out! I am 22 years old and I want to lose 50 lbs. Thanks!

I'd like to be your buddy as well... I am 23 and want to lose about 50# myself. I just started at the gym and I am watching what I eat.... In the last week I've lost 2#!! I am so motivated right now that I would love to help motivate someone else!

WOW guys this is awesome!!! I am kind of in a slump right now since my laptop is messed up. I can't open anything up. So I am taking it to ITS tomorrow but they are gonna keep it for five days to fix it. So I am gonna have to use my bfs computer. I might visit less...but will be on more frequently once my comp is restored thanks guys!!!

Hey guys! Well today was day one of my diet and I am doing good so far. I threw out all the junk food, sodas, and bad food I could find in my kitchen and had a salad with grilled chicken for lunch. I am about to go to the grocery store to buy healthy food to keep around so I am not tempted to order take out! I started exercise as well. I tried running last Tuesday and boy was I tired out. So I figured I'd start out with 15-20 minute walks everyday and work from there. Maybe I can work myself up to a jogging pace in a month! Wish me luck!

Good luck April! I know you can do it! The best motivation will be when you first see results! Great job in "de-junking" your house!

Today I have lots of cleaning and some x-mas shopping to do today. My parents are bringing my grandparents up here tomorrow to see our home for the first time and I want it to be presentable!

Well I went to that party yesterday...and it was awkward, but bearable. My boyfriend and I left after 20 minutes anyway, so I guess it wasn't that bad. It feels so bad being around my friends and everyone is like way skinnier than I am. SIGH. Well...here's to losing weight and being more confident!!!

Sorry to hear about the party April, but I know how you feel.... I don't like going out or being in crowds... Heck I don't rather like being in public at all lately, so I second that! Here's to losing weight and gaining confidence!

Hey guys!!! It's been a week now for me!!! And I lost three pounds...hope i can keep it going!!! My goal for Christmas is at least 157...yay me!
