Hope you all are doing well !! I on the other had a disaterous weekend wayyy too many indulgences and ohhh boy is the scale showing them> I am not being much of an example to anyone either considering I really havent lost any weight in the last 6 weeks GRRR I am back above my goal weight and I need to set new goals for myself BTW I am tired of saying this each and every blasted week !! Sorry for being so negative
