Talking Need Bellydancing/X-factor/Latin dancing Weight-Loss buddies

I know that Bellydancing is not high cardio but it can be great fun if you do not feel like jumping around a lot. Plus, if you love dancing, it is the least physical activity that seems boring.

Besides, bellydancing makes you feel sexy and feminine no matter what size you are. PLUS...you learn a great dancing skill. Never know how it may please your man.

I started to lose weight since August being a size 20 (215 lbs.). I am currently a size 16 (195 lbs.). I am going to combine vegan/vegetarian eating with bellydancing (mostly), arm weights (my dumbbells) and run-walking two miles 3x's a week.

If you don't want to bellydance, but want to exercise by doing the X-factor (strip dancing) or salsa, merengue dancing...it is fine by me. I am more interested in doing exercises that are good for the body and make us women feel like goddesses in the process. Because sometimes "regular" exercising or fitness activities (speaking for me) can make you feel depress if you don't see results right away. Atleast with dancing, you are not looking for results solely. You are more interested in having a good time.

Let's get shaky-shaky da booty. OH, I am going to be the next SHAKIRA!!!!

Default

After I eat dinner, I am going to bellydance. I might do freeform or be taught from my Veena & Neena Bellydance DVDs. I have hadt them for almost two years and don't use them like I am suppose to. All 3 DVDs cost me around $80s.

To get me into the mood. I have a peasant skirt and I am going to try and decorate it with sequins and ribbons for now. Slowly by next Spring I am going to create a cute bellydance outfit.

YAY, I got me a dancing buddy!
