Wow, after reading both your messages, all I could think of is how perfectly everything you two said fits my description. I'm a sophmore in college, I too have been overweight practically my entire life, I usually eat when I'm bored or to control my emotions, and I have about 60-65 pounds to lose. I'm still looking for a diet plan that will work with my lifestyle. As of right now, I'm thinking of just watching my caloric intake and eating healthy. As for the exercising, I have a few workout dvds that I plan on using at least 4 days a week, I walk to get everywhere on campus, and I've joined an intramurel volleyball team. I've been playing volleyball since high school; I was in somewhat better shape then, but never in peak condition. Hopefully, with all these changes and some support
