My name is Lyndsey and I am 25 years old. Tomorrow I will begin my journey to a thinner me (that sounds so cliche). I have 79 lbs to go to be at my ideal weight. I know it is going to be a long and tedious process, and I am not ashamed to ask for all the help I can get. I am in Plymouth Minnesota, but I would be happy to hear from anyone, anywhere.
