Default Tuesday Chat ~ November 8th

Good Morning Ladies
and for once I can aactually say it IS a good morning.

I stayed Op yesterday and did my exercise which helped..

Today I've already exercised and feel really good

My friend created a new roleplaying game online and I love it. I've been playing it as much as I can or it will allow so it keep me distracted and makes me laugh. I've also been spending time with the kids.

Tonight and tomorrow they go with their dad. I am still adjusting to it all.

Cathy/Keir ~ It seems we are thinking alike this week. I was debating about starting up the Daily food log as well...

Miles ~ Congrats.

Marble ~ Take Care of yourself.

Well have to finish getting ready for work and get the kids up.

Hope Everyone has a wonderful day

/hugs

Default Weigh day

GM ladies! Well today was weigh day. I'm down another 2 pounds!!! I can't believe it, I'm doing it! 10 pounds down! Yeahhhhhhh!!! Things are slow here. Not much going on, but I'm staying pretty much OP and getting in a little exercise here and there.

Steph- I'm so glad that you're having a good day! And congrats on staying OP and exercising!

Leenie- GM to you! How is MIL doing? Hope everything is good for you.

Kier- Congrats on making good food choices! WTG

Mazarin- sorry you've got awful weather, but it is a good reason to bundle up inside and read a good book.

Well ladies I'm off. Got laundry and some cleaning to do. If any of you happen to run into those cleaning fairies that my DH seems to think does everything send them my way please. I'll check back with ya'll later.

Good morning all.....I am still visiting near Vancouver....baby Claire is growing.....has chunky cheeks now.

We have had rain most days that I have been here....that's what it does in Vancouver.....feeling good.

I was at a health food store yesterday....mentioned that it is really hard to get up in the mornings with the Celexa....they talked about taking vitamin B12....under the tongue....it's supposed to shut off the Melatonin in the brain....I took it this morning.....it does help.

Hi everyone,

Stephanie, it's great to see you had a good day yesterday and so far today.

Heather, way to go on the weight loss. You are doing great.

Cathy, believe it or not, we had 10" of snow. Looks like Christmas when I lived in Minnesota. Usually it doesn't snow here very much. Hope you get your cool front.

April, give baby Claire a kiss from all of us. I think I'll look into the B12. You're the 2nd person to mention that to me today.

Mazarin, be glad the rain isn't snow. I hate slip-sliding on the drive to work. I'd take rain anyday.

Kierie, good luck getting back on SBD. I hear level one is a killer. I think that would be icky, but the results are great. So good luck.

Leenie, have a great day and update us on MIL.

I'm doing good eating wise today. That's now three days in a row. Perhaps I'm starting to get my act together.

We took the dogs on the mountain hike yesterday - in 5" of snow. My legs were so tired that I just wanted to vegetate all night. Next time there's that much snow, I'm taking my snowshoes. It would have been easier.

Well, back to work. Have a great night, ladies!
