Wink Keep your head UP!

Hey you are doing awesome. I'm Melissa and have just started about two months ago and have only lost 10 pounds. I am trying the Southbeach diet but am obviously doing something wrong here. But at at least we are trying that's the important thing! :bravo

First off, congrats on your weight loss. I'm hoping to get there, too!

I'm having trouble starting off... was it tough for you?
How did you get over the first slump?

I'm at the point where i'm an emotional hole as well...

Hey Ladies ... all of you need to KEEP GOING ... stay motivated! Come on, I wanted to give up Saturday when after I worked out all week, ate healthy ... LOST NOTHING ... I was livid! However, this is something we all need to keep picking ourselves back up and trying again & again, no matter how many times it takes! It's frustrating, it's hard, but we're all in this together, we all understand where the other is coming from & what they're going through .. so stay strong, keep up the good work and DON'T GIVE UP .. not ever! Hope my pep rally here helped you but if not ... damn! Then you're a hard crowd to please No but seriously ... let's stay motivated and keep strong for each other and for our future health & happiness ... we WILL lose and we WILL succeed in this and we WILL be happier & healthier in our lives!

Keep your head up!

Wow! You have done so well so far! You can do it! Keep it up... At Curves we are taught that if you are getting too tired of dieting that it's okay to take a few days off... as long as you commit to a time when you will come back..SO, if you need until Monday off, take it, but then make sure that on Monday you force yourself to start again!

25 lbs since May is awesome!
