I have chatted with a couple of people from 3FC on yahoo, too, and it's so much fun! I really enjoy having that "all access" support right there on my messenger!

What a great idea!

Mine is babcocks2004 but just a heads up it almost always shows me as invisible so if you want to chat just try me I might be online but hiding.

edited to add Actually a conversation on messenger the other day with another 3fc member is what really got me in gear that day to exercise.
