Hi! Since I'm getting started 'fresh' today - I'll join in and replace my 'end of year' goal for a November goal - I'm better with shorter-term goals anyway. So - nothing huge - just a six pound goal. I am currently in my 14's (I've never bought 16's) - but they are snug - so my goal is for them not to be snug so I don't HAVE to buy a larger size!
Im supposed to have my goal date for the end of November. I hope to meet it and lose another 10lbs, Ive since reassessed my goal and will probably change it to 125. Id like to go down another size as well. Happy November!!
I've been thinking about this since yesterday...what should my November goal be? Considering Thanksgiving is this month and I have to go on a business trip in two weeks that will consist of at least 1 dinner out with the big-wigs of the company, I tried to be a bit realistic but still challenging. So I'm aiming for 8.4 pounds which will put me at a 30 pound loss.
I was really thinking hard and I know that I have too many houses to visit and too much dressing to turn down to be outrageous with my goal, so I am aiming for 160 by December 1.
My goal date is actually December 8, and I am supposed to be at 155, but I am already planning on buying extra weeks to get to 145-150ish, and if I can get another 2 pounds down for the first week in December, I will only be off goal by about 3
pounds.
My November goal is to get back on track and to stay on track ... Any suggestions on how to get that motivation back I am having a very hard time for some reason right now .....
My goal is to lose another 12 pounds by Thanksgiving. I know it's going to be so hard, being I love the pumpkin pie my mom makes and this extra special dessert she makes that is oh so irresistable. I love eating everything during the holidays, so for me to stay on track in another goal I need to have.

I am setting this high, I know, but I would LOVE to lose 10 lbs this month. I will be having a nice Thanksgiving dinner, as we have reservations at a wonderful homestyle restaurant in Pigeon Forge. I am not going to sit there and deprive myself of Thanksgiving dinner, but I won't be a hog, either.
I made a deal with myself that I would not waste another month ending at the same weight! I want to lose 10 pounds this month even though I will be going to TWO Thanksgiving dinners and a leftover day dinner!
My main november goal is to get back OP!!! I think that should be my main focus and not a set number of lbs. for this month. So water, OP food, and some type of physical activity aka exercise ! Sounds like a plan!!
My goal is to stay pop majority of the time atleast no matter what, and to lose as much as possible by thanksgiving, so I can enjoy myself. BUT, without over doing it, and getting back to 180. So, I'm hoping to be atleast 169-170 by thanksgiving. This is week 0 on plan for me they say, and I'm now 177, so I think it's achievable. My last challenge is to do some sort of ab routine everyday until the 30th. I have got to get rid of this spare tire around my waist!
My November Goal is to lose 8 lbs by Thanksgiving. I just plan on eating Thanksgiving Dinner once, eating small portioins of what I want, and getting right back OP that night. I'm not going to deprive myself, but I think I can eat okay without going crazy. At least I won't leave the table too full and ready for a nap! Katie
