You are not lazy! The fact that you are on the site shows you care about getting into shape and aren't lazy.
What kind of things are you going to do to lose your 65 pounds? Have you started working out?
As for the diet, I would not look at it like that because you will soon be negative about it. There are som many yummy, healthy foods out there. Fruits, lean meats, fat free cheeses, veggies, whole wheat grains. You can also have treats every now and then. (Example: McDonald's vanilla ice cream cones are only 150 calories)
I count calories but let myself have anything I want as long as I don't go over my daily caloric goal. This is challenging some times, but at least I don't feel like I can never eat something unhealthy. If I do, I just count those calories and have less calories at the next meal, and/or get an extra workout in!
