Hello everyone,
I am a newbie and just wanted to say hello and see if anyone was interested in buddying up.

I am 24 and have been trying to lose weight forever, but I lack the motivation to stick with it. I get started, do okay for a while and then fall off the wagon. To be within my healthy weight range I would need to lose about 100 lbs. Of course looking great would be fantastic, but I really want to do something before I start having weight related problems other than just being tired all the time. I love to knit, read and do crafts of all sorts. I want to focus on exercising and just making healthier choices as far as diet goes. (May be starting the SB diet...I tried once before but I had HORRIBLE

headaches the whole time I was on it)

I guess I'm really just looking for someone who knows what it's like to trade support. If you're interested please let me know!
