Hello everyone -- I came across this site while I was looking for ways to eat right and lose weight. I am a 300+ 17 year old (yep scarey). Im looking to lose some major weight before I turn 21...I know it will take some time and learning to get used to some healthy eating habbits, but I will do whatever. I dont get teased at school at all (im in college by the way). But the majority of my friends are thin, and they ask me to go places like to the Rec to go swimming or to a party and I get self concious about my body and features. I just want to be thin...down to about 150 is my ultimate goal. I just need a partner that is WILLING to do this with me -- and not cheat.
Temptation on campus is hard because they have every food you can imagine to eat here. Most of them are NOT healthy at all. I dont like being lazy, and of course I would like to go to clubs and parties without having the feeling that what I am wearing might be too much, or just feeling all eyes on me. Which may not be the case. I told my boyfriend I was up for the challenge, and he says he dosent think there is anything wrong with me. I just want to feel good about myself. So someone help -- be MY buddy
