Thumbs up Cool new treat

I found the neatest new treat. You know the cinnamon roasted nuts that you find at fairs or festivals (sometimes called german roasted nuts)?
I found a company that makes those and they are completely sugar free!
I spoke to the manager, and she gave the infredient list:
Egg white, water, splenda, diabeta-sweet (aspertame like equal) cinnamon,
and either almonds or pecans. No fats other than what is in the nut. 1/4 pound goes for 4.50 + shipping. They are really wonderful. Probably better for phase 2, but seems OK for phase 1.
I don't want to get into trouble for promoting a business, but if you are interested please e-mail me direct and I will give you the information.
Colleen

Colleen, those should be fine in Phase 1, too. Sound great! Especially since I find myself drooling over the smell of them at fairs!

I'm sure we could make them at home, too...

Talking

Sorry Folks,
yes, please click on my name and sent a private message. I thought these were so good! I asked how they were made, and of coursr the sctual process
is a closely guarded secret. Don't blame them. The owner/manager said that she has a long list of diabetics and Atkins dieters that buy these and gift baskets for the holidays.
