Hi Everyone!
I am new to 3FC and to forums alltogether. I was a member of WW and lost 85lbs - then I quit smoking and it all came back! I am frustrated because I quit smoking in March of 2004 and I still haven't lost any weight. I need help with motivation in exercise and sticking to my diet. I am currently doing the WW points plan on my own (no meetings), just from what I remember from last time. I hope to hear from lots of you out there in cyber diet land!
