Pear, can you post the ingredients? Then I'd be glad to check it out. I would guess that it's probably okay, since there's a ricotta creme recipe that uses another IF SF coffee mix, but I can't say for sure without seeing the ingredients...

Ok here is what is in it:
nondairy creamer (partially hydogenated coconut oil (this worries me?), corn syrup solids, sodium caseinate (from milk), dipotassium phosphate, mono- and diglycerides, sodium, stearoyl lactylate, artificial flavor, maltodextrin, instant tea, sodium citrate, contains less than 2% of natural flavor, artificial flavor, aspartame, and acesulfame potassium

WOW is that a scary list of hard to pronounce stuff or what? I know prob not the best thing for me but couldn't this take place of my sweet treat/ coffee? I mean one cup a day shouldn't hold me back right? LOL I hope not!
Thanks!!!

Pear, I'd avoid it. With Partially Hydrogenated coconut oil, this one is not great...and one a day, over time, could really hurt your heart. Coconut oil is one of the worst oils possible, then they hydrogenate it...YIKES!

Here's another way...easier, and you can even get it at Starbucks for $1.80 if you're in a hurry!

Get Tazo brand Chai tea bags. They make a caffeinated and decaf, too, so if you had some soda that day, you could make a decaf one without going over your 2 servings limit. At home, I brew half a cup of water, very strong, then toss the tea bag and add milk (1% if I'm feeling decadent...) then add either Splenda or Vanilla SF syrup. At Starbucks, they'll make it a latte by adding steamed milk. It's wonderful!!!

Try it...not only will it not take away from your sweet treats number, but it'll keep you from eating something that could hurt your heart and is full of things we can't pronounce. One of the Beachies once said, "If I can't pronounce it, I'm not putting it in my body!" I think that's pretty wise.
