Default Early Start to the Tuesday Daily!

Hello chicklets it's 0140 in the AM.
That isn't to be confused with early rise, nope, I'm just a late go-er to bed-er. It's actually a bum-er., OK that's my rhythm for the day. Let's just say that I'm climbing with my claws to get on top on this game again. Lettuce....thththththththththth boiled egg.....thhththththththt I truly need an attitude adjustment and a shopping list, I can't accomplish this diet without step by step preparations of the meals I can make ahead. I need to pull it together. OK so I'm off to plan the menus for at least this week. I'm starting to feel frumpy.

Cheers for a great morning!

Good morning, Chicks~~

RN, I hope you got your lists made and you're snoozing peacefully right now.

Right now, I'm so damned mad at myself, at the hotel responsible for my food poisoning and life in general... I took my last cipro yesterday and my tummy finally feels pretty much okay. I stepped on the scale a few minutes ago...I was afraid to because I could tell by the fit of my pants that I'd gained...but 6 POUNDS???? OMG!! I do NOT deserve this! It wasn't my fault I couldn't hold down anything but nasty yucky white $hit for two and a half weeks!

Today I'm going to be brave and try some steamed broccoli with some fat free cheese melted over the top.

Last night, we went out to celebrate. BIL finally got a job! And it looks like he's going to be spending quite a bit of time out of town! YIPPEE!! We went to a buffet that is popular with the seniors around here. All you can eat for $6.00. I ate some cooked to death green beans, a piece of skinless rotisserie chicken, a "chopped steak" patty, some sweet potatoes, and a dab of apple compote. I think they salt everything pretty good, so that might account for a bit of water retention.

Okay, gotta get ready for work. Hope everyone has a great day on the Beach!

Howdy Chickies...

RN... Have fun with the menu plans - have a lovely day yourself

Mamacita... yep.. having gastro sucks! and combine that with the white stuff being the only food that helps and it is really painful.. here's to hoping that those 6 pounds fall off quickly.

Well I just popped in to say Hi and go to bed... since doing the last phase 1 and adding back some low Gi carbs - I am feeling much more in control for some reason - perhaps it is more of a mental issue. I also realised that my portions have been WAY toooooo large, so I have been working on that. I am amazed at how much less I actually feel satisfied on - not full... but satisfied. Lovely. Keeping a food log and journal on my laptop is really helping.

I can't believe I am almost at the end of uni for the year - woo hoo.

I am off to get some sleep before a big day of study.

Hugs and best wishes for an on plan day.

Hiya everyone.

I'm starting over from scratch after a long week of cheating. It's going well. I think I can survive this.

Mamacita - I'm sorry about your weight gain. You'll bring it back down. You're braver than I am, though. I won't get on the scale because I know I've gained weight.

Have a good day everyone.

I actually woke up an hour earlier than usual. I aim for 7am.I go to bed at 11, read til 12,get 7 solid hours of sleep, works for me......
Today I have cleaners coming to wash ceilings and walls. We had a school council meeting last night until 10. DH came for the first hour( parent forum). It was a fab meeting!! 4-5 new faces.
The supper dishes are still on the table and much putting away of things to do. I was pooped and headachey so I went to bed.
I love the solitude right now. I tend to stay in bed til the last min cause Dh is up early(5:30) and he IS a morning person, has every light on, weather channel blaring and talks and talks..... ew.He leaves at 6:30. I want to try and get up at 6:30 every day. I have been setting my alarm. Both alarms and shut them off or sleep thru both. I am waking at 7:45, just in time to greet the sitting kids and get my kids ready for school at 8:30.
It is not rushed but I like this time to myself.
Food was fabulous yesterday!! No extra exercise.I had a huge Avon order arrive. it is all sorted ,bagged, bills written, boxed in groups for delivery. I am going to set up a display at the playschool.Run some errands while the cleaners are here. 3 kids here. 4 kids in school.
Life is prettty wonderful.
I have a great Journal idea that I will type up and post later this aft.
Love to the chicks!!!!

Mornin'! I'm running late. Slept in! Yesterday, despite all my good intentions turned out very bad...won't go into the details but lots of sugary foods were involved! Today will start out fresh! I am avoiding the scale like the plague to say the least!! Have a great day, chickies!!

Where's Schatzi???? Hope she's feeling OK!!!

I keep losing my ISP connection. Must be the gloomy weather.

Gray skies and wet here again! The Doggage and I are getting discouraged and anxious about fall cleanup. Gail comes for tea this afternoon and I still haven't scrubbed my kitchen floor. I want it to look half decent so she won't feel so guilty about getting a real job and "leaving Ruth in the lurch".

So this morning will be floors and a trip to the Library. I also need to get organized for my two-nights away as I take the Girls to 4Paws Inn at 9 tomorrow morning!

Gotta jet! Back later to read and post.

Good morning ladies!

I am feeling okay this morning despite the letter of resignation in my chair this morning from our graphic designer. : ( I really liked him, he had talent.

I made a menu and a grocery list out last night. I have been eating off program A LOT. I haven't gained, so that is good, but if I want to make my 150 goal by Thanksgiving I better get on the ball.

I am excited about my progress at the gym. I did 45 minutes of cardio last night and 10 of which were on the challenging jacob's ladder!!!

Morning girls!! How is everyones beach towel today? I hope it is smooth with no lumps!!! I have lots of school work to do this week, and not feeling very motivated to do it. Not feeling very motivated to do much!! I really need a vacation....Don't think I will get one for at least 6 more months!!! My food intake is doing better, but I did realize last night that I have not been drnking my water...This always happens to me when it starts to get colder...I don't really like water, so I have to make myself drink it anyway...but when it is not hot...I really forget about it....I don't think I have had any water in 2 weeks....just coffee, V8, and diet coke....Wow...I am bad!!!

Hi Chicks

Had a wonderful time with my friends at the Canaster Game. But wasn't watching my carbs intake had Chex Mix for snacking along with diet soda. Oh Well!!maybe being good for the rest of the week will help at my Sat. W-I.

RNMOM- Get back on program. You can do it. Just go back to the allowed list and make your menu from that. I hate eggs every day also, looking for recipes from low carb boards and found mocked pancakes & mocked danish.

Mamacita-You did good with your eatting,I would of gone with all that food for 6 dollars.I can't go to any buffet restaurants anymore.

Marianne-Good Luck on your test and Portion Control, visulize a plate,1/2 veggies and 1/4 protein & carbs. That what I do,instead of waying & measuring.

Winterwonder-sending your [[[vibes]]] for you getting back from binging.

Ruth-Off and running again,Have a fun day.

djette-Sorry for losing your graphic designer.I'm sure you find another designer.Sending your good : vibes for your deadline of 150 by Thanksgiving.
Holly- Waituing for the new journal idea of yours.

Pearshape- I'm wondering also what happened to Schatzi, I know she was not feeling well a while ago, hope its not serious.

SCHATZI-IF YOUR LURKING, PLEASE POST, WE MISS YOU.

Kyemom-WATER is the great tool for weight loss. Maybe you can buy once of these fruit flavored ones or add a lemon or lime to the water. You must get it down its the only way to wash out the fat & impurities.

Have go Hugs BB
