I am new to this site. I've been so frustrated and helpless....I've been on a yo-yo diet all my life. I've had share of my thinner days (always exercising and practically starving). Since birth of my 2 boys, it seems as though it is impossible for me to lose weight. I would get really motivated and start eating healthy and exercising...and then, just when I think that I am doing well, I would go on my eating binges. This has been a vicious cycle for over last 5 years. I am looking for support/help buddy!

Well this is the tough love put them in the sink and run hot water over them or you will need to get on your and do lost most work, we all have bad days just remenber tomorrow is a new day so you start a fresh and keep going or you end up a BUTTER BALL
I know exactly how you feel. I binge too and am trying to pin down the when, the triggers and why of it all. I'd be glad to be a buddy. I've been up and down with weight, but for me the last three years have been really tough, 60 pounds tough. Anyway, welcome. I'm new too.

Now finally made up my mind to do weight watchers for the third time and not quit after a few meetings. Now I have met my goal weight, achieved 6 weeks of maintenance and received my lifetime membership in weight watchers and lost 130 pounds.
