Hi,

I am a new member. My name is Sofiea. I have been struggling with my weight for about 6 yrs now. I have had 3 sugerys on my neck. I have hernated disks, and I fall 3 yrs ago and I have had 2 knee surgerys on it. I use to weigh 110lbs before this all happened to me. The dr. states I am unable to walk without a cane yet. I am very frustrated! My sister was cruising the web and found this website. I am so very thankful. I do not feel so alone anymore. I am going to join weightwatchers again. I lost 60lbs after my 2nd child. I am told due to my age 45, that it is very difficult to lose weight. I will not let myself beleive that! I already love this site.
Everyone seems to open and honest and thats is what is important and to stand beside eachother no matter what. I am going to try and do a small walk tomorrow. I have been on disability for 5 yrs now. Crazy!. Anyway so glad I found this website!

hi frustrated iam 44 and its true it takes longer but u can do it iam also on ww loseing slower this time but still loseing. iam looking at this as a new battle not the same old one.glglgl

Don't be discouraged! you can lose weight at any age! It does take longer but the benefits are worth it. Hang in there! I'm 57 and i'm loseing.
