Thumbs up Just My Size Yoga

Has anybody tried this?
I am not a great big yoga fanatic, but this was wonderful. Megan leads this and she is plus size, and teaches in such a way that is very inviting, positve, nonintimidating and is also just 30-45 minutes long. The disc says 45 minues, but some of that is her intro before the workout, so it seems closer to 30 minutes.
It is very relaxing, requires no props, but I like the fact that she does not make you contort you rbody into postions made diffcult when you have a big tummy like I do.
Thius will be added to my weekly routine- and it was a bargain- $7.50 at Wally World in the dvd section.

I just bought this video on Thursday and love it! I do it after I do my belly dancing video and it provides a good stretch and is really relaxing. I have used this video everyday so far and plan to continue doing so.

I saw that on ebay and almost got it, my biggest thing with the fitness video is if I like the instructor or not- I think I would feel better if she was a little bit bigger and not a size 0.. maybe I should go pick it up.

*bump*

I'm thinking of buying this video. Are there other Yoga DVDs for bigger gals that you guys have tried and liked (or hated)?

This is the only one I know of that is taught and geared for overweight students. you might want to check out her book Mega Yoga as it was helpful to me in some yoga poses.
I love Flexposture by Anna Benson but it does not focus on the spiritual, only the physical and calming of the mind. Check for it on ebay or on AnnaBenson.com
