Default Hey everybody,I'm a newbie
The other day (Oct 12th) I caught a glimpse of my backside in the mirror "WHOA,what WAS that?" Time to lose weight! I want to lose about 60lbs. I'm 50yrs old and my days of "free-feeding" are so over!!!! I found this site and I think its just what I need. S,i'll be checkin' in everyday to talk with you guys and get the support i'll be needin' when I feel like feedin'!!
