Talking Girls with Goals WI#1 Challenge #2

Good Morning,
Its weigh in day and after a gloriuos weekend I am happy to say that I am down a pound from last weigh in WOOHOO. I didnt get my water in this week I dont know why I just havent been drinking it more pop I guess?? I did however get my exercise this week gardening and walking so I am happy about that! So stats for today are:

SW 204
SW for this challenge 167.2
CW 166.2 (-1 lb)
GW 165

Now my goal weight is only my first goal and I dont plan on setting another goal I will just take whatever my body will give ! 165 is still considered moderately overweight for my height . 150 is the weight I need to be to be considered "normal" I am going to ry to get there but I want to be able to live normally and not have to starve my body in order to get there!
How was your week ???????

Hey ladies, I am down 2 pounds YEAH, I did really try to control my eating this weekend I did good , I also cleaned my house like crazy, so I am sure that really helped also. Great fatgirlagain- down 1 pound YEAH, I know what you mean about the 150 is normal, I am suppose to be around 130 well I haven't seen that size since I was 21, 6 years ago. I just can't see myself being that size maybe 135 is great but I also think I would be happy at 140ish. How tall are you ? Well I am excited about our new challenge. I will give my all to this one. I have to lose this weight once and for all.

Wtg stacy thats the way to do it! If you keep up at that pace the challenge will only take two and a half weeks LOL! I am five foot five but I am really big boned I know everyone says that but for me its true LOL! Ill post a picture soon so you can all see ! GOOD JOB!!!

Hi Ladies,
I'm new and I have a long way to go to reach my goals. I have lost about 16 lbs on my own, but thats just it. I feel like I'm in this all alone. I need people who are going through the same thing to help keep me motivated. It was good hearing your stories.

Hey Donna you are more than welcome to join us !! We have just started a 5 lb challenge the first one to reach the goal must reward herself with a non food item!! You can do this and with support of good friends its that much easier! Welcome!

Thanks fat girl again your right 2 and half weeks well I may be up for that challenge. Yeah I am 5'2 or 5'3 not to sure but I am medium bone I guess you can say. Hello ladies I weighed in at 208.4 so I have gained .8 of a pound. TOM is here and I had a cookie over dose. I am so proud of you hot mamma and StayC keep up the good work. Welcome Donna this is a great group of ladies so come back. Other wise I am doing okay. I am exercising but I am having problems with my sweet tooth this week. My eating only chicken, fish, and turkey is going well. I am trying new recipes and that is the fun part especially when it taste good. Have a great week ladies.

Blasted TOM you probably didnt gain at all so dont worry about it !!!COOKIE OVERDOSE LOL!! I about ready to eat a whole pumpkin pie, but I wont gonna shake the craving some how!!! Have fun with the new recipies !!! If you find anything good thats easy to prepare please share!!!

Yeah Yvette TOM is crazy but fatgirlagain is right you probably didn't gain so don't worry. Yeah I am also open for new recipes so pass them on, but I like short and easy recipes with my kids sports every night it's crazy. Fatgirlagain, I have a fix for your pumpkin pie problem I found this last year it was GREAT !! But I am a pumpkin pie crazy women come Thanksgiving and I will eat the whole thing too with whip topping. I don't know if you live near a Smoothie King , but if you do you should try there Pumpkin pie smoothie it is to die for and it is way less in calories. I told my husband I can't have leftover from Thanksgiving or we could have problems. Have a great day Ladies !

No smoothie king but the craving seems to have passed and moved on! I am sure something else will come up! I am going to go back to a method that I used the last time I lost weight and it was this one day a week I get to eat whatever I have been craving without guilt Now if the craving comes on Monday I must wait till Friday (cheat day) to have it . Makes me wait it out to see if it is trully something I want ! and sometime to think it over! But I must totally behave on other days to accomadate this cheat day cause if not I dont get one LOL !!
