Good Morning,
Its weigh in day and after a gloriuos weekend I am happy to say that I am down a pound from last weigh in WOOHOO. I didnt get my water in this week I dont know why I just havent been drinking it more pop I guess??

I did however get my exercise this week gardening and walking so I am happy about that! So stats for today are:
SW 204
SW for this challenge 167.2
CW 166.2 (-1 lb)
GW 165
Now my goal weight is only my first goal and I dont plan on setting another goal I will just take whatever my body will give ! 165 is still considered moderately overweight for my height . 150 is the weight I need to be to be considered "normal" I am going to ry to get there but I want to be able to live normally and not have to starve my body in order to get there!
