Default Tomorrow I am Joining a Gym!

Okay, it is a 11:15 at night and I swear I am going to go join the gym tomorrow. When I belonged before it was very motivational for me but each day comes around and I find I am too busy. So, tomorrow I will not be too busy! I will make the time.

I just had to say it out loud!

Check on me tomorrow and see if I lived up to what I said....

Its early yet so I am sure you haven't made it to the gym yet. But you will be glad when you do it. I know when I exercise I feel so much better about myself. Not only that but I have much more engery during the day. Good luck in your renewed exercise commitment.

Yeah! I did it! I love belonging to a gym and hope it helps this weight come off too!

Way to go "Icanchange"!! Just remember that it takes time to make something a habit. I have heard just three weeks! It will definately help with the weight loss. I have lost 30 lbs by only exercise. I just recently added the healthier eating habits. I already feel like a new person. CONGRADULATIONS!!

Good job! I can work out at the gym I teach yoga at and will start next week! Keep your motivation clearly in sight and follow through (I'm saying that to you *and* to myself!)
