Nice to meet you ladies! I need all the help and motivation I can get today. It is Turkey Day here in Canada and I not only have one, but two turkey dinners this afternoon. I thought of a way that I can stay on track and still enjoy my meal though. I am going to bring a salad with me and just add turkey for the earlier one. That way I will have some room for a "normal" dinner for the later one. I am bringing the dessert for the earlier one so I know what is in it and for the later one, at my in-laws, my super supportive mother in law, made mini angel food cakes with lemon filling. We all LOVE lemon mirangue (spelling!) pie and this is a great low-fat alternative!
As far as exercise, it's going to be slim today! It is pouring rain, the 3rd day in a row, and the dog refuses to walk in it

My husband works the night shift tonight so I think I will try some taeBo. Has anyone tried this? Billy Blanks is a beast! *L* I would LOVE to have him as a trainer! I bought "Billy Blanks BootCamp" at Wal-mart, tried it once, and hid the DVD *L* What a workout! It is 50 minutes long and only lasted 15. I felt like a failure at first but once I realized how skinny they were and that they were on a video for a reason, I dug it out again. We'll see how I do tonight. My cardio has been better each time that I have worked out... someday!
What are you all doing for cardio?
