Default Protein shake question

Howdy.. I have just started using a protein shake. Mostly for those times when I need to go and exercise before I have time to make breakfast and out at uni when I am running low on time and would rather grab a shake than something nasty.

The shake I am using has the following details - I did speak to a naturopath, but wanted to ask the SBD gurus

This is for a 30g serve

Energy 490kj
117 cal
Protein 26.9g
Fat total - 0.2g
saturated - 0.1g
Carbs total - 1.3g
sugars 0.3g
Dietary fibre 0.2g
Sodium 70mg
Potassium 350mg

Does that look SBD friendly?
Thanks.

Something doesn't add up right. If there are 490 calories there should be more in it than just 27 g of protien. There are 4 calories per g of protien and carbs and @10 per g of fat. So with the given information there would only be around 130 calories. Something is wrong or missing from the ingredients. But that said, I think if there's no sugar it would be OK for SB depending on what phase you're on.

Calories are 117 - the 490 is the kj.

Oh duh!!! Sorry, had a blonde moment .....I must switch back to a darker shade...soon! I can't believe I didn't see that. Ooops! Then yes, the shake looks good! I was wracking my brain trying to figure this one out too.

Hi: I'm new here and was wondering if making your own Protein Shake with Whey Protein Powder is best?

Thanks, Karen
