So... Made it through Week 1 on Phase 1 and had no problems... Life was GREAT!!!! Loved the diet plan... Never hungry.... I was a "JOY" to be around

NOW... Week 2 is underway.... and.... I'm DREAMING ABOUT BIG CRUSTY Loaves of FRENCH BREAD?!?!?!?!?

You will definately have withdrawl..that is part of the detox process. You have to stay strong. It will go away...Phase 1 is def. the hardest.

Try nibbling on chickpeas. I must admit I adore French bread too but let's try not to talk about it, OK?

I was very lucky to have my french bread addiction cured while in Cambodia... it comes with every meal.. and is cheap. After a while I thought I was going to turn into a bagette Haven't eaten one since

prc, you're having mental cravings, it sounds like. They are annoying, but they happen.

I've found that it helps me to close my eyes and imagine what it feels like to eat that food. I imagine how it smells, how it tastes, everything. Then I think about how my body feels afterward. The combo of feeling like I'm eating it again and remembering why I'm not always works for me. If you find you are still craving it when you hit P2, try having some sourdough french with some olive oil. Okay?
