Hi I'm new

  • Hi all....
    I am 43, I have 45 more pounds to loose, and now I am finding myself GAINING. I am recently divorced. I divorced someone who gave me NO support what so ever. Now I am with someone who supports me all the way, funny now that I have that support I am gaining. I don't want to gain the 40 pounds back that I have lost (a million times), have already gained 12 back. The thing is I get bored with what I'm doing and go back to my old habits. Anyone got any ideas

    What is it that you are bored with? Is it a food thing or an exercise thing? It really helps (with exercise especially) to shake up your routine a bit if you start getting burned out. What kind of plan were you doing when you lost those 40 lbs?

    i lost 40 pounds by eating 6 small meals aday.....i got so tired of having NO bread and i think if i eat turkey and celery agian i'm going 2 throw up. so i go to the store and get the stuff i need to start this program again and it just sits in the frig and rots....i will say though that i LOVE mexican food now if i could loose the next 45 eating mexican i must say i would b in heaven
