I don't know of any online gratitude journals, but I love doing them! Every day I try to write five things I'm grateful for; here's today's list:
1. My best friend. We haven't visited much lately because she's a new SAHM of a 4-month-old infant, but she came over tonight.
2. My son passing his permit test (that in itself is actually stressful, but I'm grateful that he was so proud of himself).
3. That I was late for the pancake-breakfast-fundraiser at work today. I saved myself several hundred calories, I'm sure!
4. That I made some new friends/buddies online here this week.
5. That I am (reasonably) happy, healthy and wise ... so much so that I'm going to jump on my HealthWalker for a half hour before bed.
Life is good. And if you don't believe it, fake it till you make it happen.
