Default Buddy Needed

Hi,
I'm not too new around here been here about a month.. I'm 21 yrs old, married, college student and I need to lose around 30 pounds... I'm looking for a buddy to email back and forth. I try to exercise 5-6 days a week at home using videos and my treadmill.. I would love a buddy who is also trying to lose around 30lbs and who exercises 4 or more days a week.... if your interested or have any questions PM me... Look forward to hearing from someone......

I am trying to lose about 25 pounds. I use a treadmill at home myself. I walk 5 days a week and around 45 to 60 minutes each time. I am in desperate need of some one to help me stay motivated and keep this up! I am also getting back on the weight watchers program. You know...watching those points! I am willing to email..IM.. ect. I'm eager to find a buddy that really wants to help on another and become friends in the process!

Hi

I am 22 and I guess I want to lose like 20 ibs. I really want to drop 4 sizes not sure what that is weight wise. So far I've gained 4 ibs since I started exercise but going to try and keep it

I also exercise at home and trying to do it 6 days a week for like an hour a day.

Default Workout buddy

Me Too! Add me to your workout buddy list. This is an area that I need motivation. I use to workout 5-6 times a week and now I just do 1-2 and really need to push again. I feel great when I workout but just don't have the motivation. Maybe with you guys pushing and reporting in, I can do it

Well guys it sounds like we all make up a wonderful team! What do ya say!? We all buddies in this together!?? Now all we have to do is add eachother to our buddies list and get moving!!! AND SUPPORT AWAY!!!!

What type of eating plan are you all on too?
I am trying to eat between 1200-1500calories and 60grams of fat daily..

Hi there
Today I didnt eat much, didn't finish dinner and had waffles before. I really wasnt feeling well and since I was really sick last week I decided not to do much today. I've heard its bad to push when sick. I'm going to start <hopefully> tomorrow using the Firm Box, it's the one that goes from 6 to 14 inches and can be used as an incline I hope it works. It says to use it three times a week, I dont know if I should go for more though.

Hello:
I got started on my diet, because they have a contest going on called the chubb club. You have 10 weeks to lose 10% of your weight. It costs $20.00 to get in and each wk. you have to weigh in on the same day. If you lose 1% or more ea. time you don't have to pay, but each time you screw up - you have to pay $20.00. So far I have not had to pay, but tomorrow is week 5 weigh in and I have 1.5 lbs. to lose by then and I don't know if I can do it. I've been on again off again eating the cabbage soup. It helps, and also I exercise for 2 miles (30 minutes per night) on the treadmill.

WOW...that sounds like a cool program! Can you start it anytime?? Maybe it's something we could all do together??!! We've all been talking in private messages so far but maybe we can figure out another way to do it and do the program together!! That would be so cool!!!

Ok so we do it together but without the money!!!!! It would be cool! I mean who says we can't have our own contest!!!!!!!!!!! Winner gets say........5 dollars from each of us or something!! OR has to post a pic of herself at the end as proof! You know we post a before and after pic!! THen we have fun and compete but help each other reach the goal each week!!!! OR if you have another cool way to do it...tell us girl!!!!! I'm up for anything!!!
