Hi there

Today I didnt eat much, didn't finish dinner and had waffles before. I really wasnt feeling well and since I was really sick last week I decided not to do much today. I've heard its bad to push when sick. I'm going to start <hopefully> tomorrow using the Firm Box, it's the one that goes from 6 to 14 inches and can be used as an incline

I hope it works. It says to use it three times a week, I dont know if I should go for more though.
