Default Night time eating!

I don't know about the rest of you all, but after I eat dinner, I start craving anything and everything, like I didn't even eat! I eat sensibly at dinner, normally protein and veggies and/or legumes. What is up? Last night I caved finally, and ate a small amount of Fiber 1 Cereal was able to move on with life beyond food. Anyone else experience this, and have advice?

I used to do that all the time. But I started talking myself out of it and found it was more habit than actual hunger. I still do it once in a while, but I'll grab a SF fudgsicle and that seems to do it.
At least you ate something good and didn't go for bad stuff.

I often feel the same way but lately I will eat a SF jello and it makes me feel better. For me I think I need something sweet to tell my brain that I am done eating at night. If I am still hungry it's usually because I'm just watching tv and bored.
