Default Hello!

Hey all! I am obviously a newbie. Just introducing myself, as I am going to start a diet after seeing a thin pic of myself..lol! My name is Tara, I'm 5'10 and 233.5 pounds. I would like to be 165. So thats 68 pounds. Ehm, what else...I have PCOS, I have normal blood pressure but I have high cholesterol. I am fairly fit as I work in a job that makes me run around with my hair on fire. My greatest successes came from Phentermine but I don't want to be dependant on medication. I am going to do Weight Watchers at Home. I guess thats it, I'm looking foward to getting to know you all!

Default Hello

Hi I was reading about you and wanted to say that I am new here. I also have PCOS found out when I was trying to have a second child. But looking back over my whole teen life I know I had it. I always had a weight problem and finding out every thing about it that is a issue the weight always with it. It was difficult to lose weight for me I had gotten to 300 and was very unhealthy. I had 4 years ago gastric bypass surgery because of my health and thank the Lord that I lost 100 of it. But I still struggle with keeping it where it is at. I recently had gotten to 215 and was scaring myself that I would get there again. I could tell that the PCOS was trying to creep up again and my period was stopping. I started a week ago Mark Thurmands 6 Week Body Makeover and in one week I have lost 11 pounds I am motivated now I want to see the last 54 pounds now off. After being on it I started my period after being on it 1 day. I want no playing now would love to see 150 I have not seen that since I was young. I would like to be a buddy to you if you need someone to talk to to help keep you on track as well as keeping me. Gastric Bypass was a tool for me to get where I am now but the real hard part is to never take it for granted. I need to do my work now and keep it off and take care of my self with my diet all the time.
