Hiya folks - ugh I am sooo busy these days (have I mentioned that before) and have had no time for anything - I think that must be why I am so tense and my neck hurts, and I have been having a constant headache almost for three days - any other things that could be happening to me? my lymphnode is tender (mainly just my right one).
But - aside from all of that I have been keeping really good (finally) with the diet - and i even went down on the scales today!!! I thought my clothes were feeling a bit looser - so I am tremendously happy about that - i just wish I had some more energy -
any good tips for energy?
I should prob remember to take my multi vitamen pills again.

I have a goal now - am going on travels leaving dec 10th - so I must be hrm - 20 pounds? 15 pounds? lighter - if I can keep on track, as I have been doing. though I am doubtful, I think i had a lot of trouble keeping good over the summer - so though I only lost 10 pounds in 3 months, I was drinking and eating out and eating lots to much sometimes. So thru my ramblings, its good to keep really busy - you can't obsess about food all day!
