Well I'm a pound down from last week but still up a pound in total. I am just losing my groove thing right now. Hopefully I can pep talk myself back into it and get on board tomorrow! Great job ladies!

I am not changing my ticker, but I weighed in at 179.5 this morning, I am thoroughly depressed and discouraged. I go from being stuck at 181 for 2 weeks, to losing 4.5 pounds last week, then I got to 175 Tuesday and then I gain. I don't get it, but I guess it doesn't matter.
I weighed in at 152 this morning, not that great, but a 1/2 pound loss for this week. I am supposed to be down to 149.5 in a week, but I'm not sure if that's a realistic goal to set. For now, I will leave it (and I am also going to leave my ticker, which show me deceptively light hehehehe)
Hee, I'm always the last to post on these threads. I guess everyone weighs in earlier in the week, my weigh-in days are Friday/Saturday. Anyhoo, down to 136! Was stuck on a plateau during TOM and battled some terrible cravings, but eating more in maintenance-mode than losing-mode and then going back down to losing-mode must've given my metabolism a little kick because I'm down three pounds this week. Hurrah.
