Newbie - saying hi!
Hi all,
I'm new to these boards (well, lurked for a long time!) and just wanted to introduce myself. My name's Sara, I'm 25, married, no kids. Last year I lost 20 lbs. just counting calories and exercising w/ DH. In the last few months though I've regained 10!!! Mostly due to stress-eating but also DH is one of those people who has that magical "willpower" and I don't, I need someone to be accountable to. So hopefully thorugh these boards I'll find some buddies to force me into staying on track - I can't do this alone!!
I'm trying to eat 1300-1400 calories a day, and I currently do 2-3 workouts a week but I want to up my workouts to 4-5, including "light" strength training.
I'll post on the "Introducing Yourself" thread too...some of those questons looked fun!
