Hi...I'm looking for a buddy. I started losing weight about 2 years ago. I actually began in August 2003 and lost about 85 lbs in 9 mths. But in the past year have gained half of it back. I keep trying to "start over" but it seems like I'm starting over every Monday!

I've tried a lot of different things in the past year but I always end up getting off track. What I need is a buddy to check in with or something like that. I'm so ready to do this. I need exercise tips especially. I need to lose 100 lbs. to get to goal weight. Anybody out there in the same boat?
