Hi

I wanted to get an exercise ball, but when I was looking them up they said to make sure you get one appropriate to your height. I'm only 5'2, anyone know which size I would need?

I am 5'2 as well and I got a 55 cm ball. I had to do some looking to find it. But I am glad I did, I find I don't strain the small of my back like I was. Good luck.

I use an exercise ball, it's weird at first, but you get used to it quickly.

I use an exercise ball too. At first, I didn't really think it would work too well for some reason, but the day before yesteday I did 300 crunches on it, and that night and yesterday I was totally feeling it!
