Lightbulb Girls With Goals WI #10

Good Monday Morning Ladies,
Hope everybodys weekend went well ! I worked so I didnt get to see much other than my workplace and my bed LOL Oh well! Nothing new on the homefront just trying to get back into the back to school swing of things. FUN FUN FUN
As for my WI this am well back in the 170s this morning and my only possiblities are due to TOM cause I exercised this weekend and I didnt go overboard on food? So I guess thats the contributing factor! I am taking the day off from dieting today , I think we all need to do that once in a while just to confuse the system ! So for the ten week mark here are my results:

SW 204
SW for challenge 178.8
CW 170.2 (8.6 -) up 1 lb from last week
GW 165

So there it is in black and white LOL! HOpefully next week brings better results!
Since all you ladies have been complaining about the water factor I think were going to add a second challenge to our first just for this week to see if maybe we can start to like water? So here it is go out to the local dollar store and buy two water pitchers and fill them and put them in the fridge or counter depending what temp you like your water. Each day your goal is to drink both pitchers . YOU CAN DO THIS ! Yes you will be a bathroom freak at first but in a bit your body will become accustom to the extra fluids and slow down . You can drink crystal light instead or unsweetend ice tea if you prefer but just get it in ! One other thing I have read a couple of studies that suggest the colder the water the more calories you have to burn to digest it because your body need to make it body temp in order to digest it , I dont know but I like my water cold anyway!
Ladies we can do this I am glad to see ypu have recommitted yourselves to this ! This is for you really what else can you honestly say you do for yourself each day ! Fuel your body with healthy foods , make it work a little harder than usuall for 30 mins a day and we start seeing some results we like! Dont ever give up on yourself NEVER!!!! LETS GET THIS DONE NO EXCUSES!!!! HUGS AND A KICK IN THE PANTS TO GET US MOVING!!!

Well I am in but I am gonna start with one pitcher cause really 2 pitchers seems really out of reach for me cause I hate it, but I will make a promise if I get one pitcher down a day for this week next week it will do two pitchers "K". Well I have recommited myself today to eating better with WW and I am also gonna start exercise 3 to 4 days a week. I was doing great then TOM and last week was not great either. But I think I know the reason, alot of my DH family is in New Orleans and we didn't hear from them until Thursday of last week. They all are okay but the stress of worry and my DH not really talking or being in a bad mood really got to me I have to over come the comfort food gives me I shouldn't allow it to control me and NOW TODAY I am gonna control it. Period, I have to step up and say I haven't done my best these last two weeks and I need to make ME at the top of my list and I just want to feel better about myself and I don't so, again I have recommited and Thanks for all your support, and Thanks for letting me vent.
Thanks
Stacey

Default Buds?

Hi. I'm the newest newbie as of 9-13-05. I figure the quickest way to get responses is to just get myself out there. Good job on your currents weight loss. I'm looking for people to "Be on my side". I work with a bunch of sugar FREAKS who always talk about losing weight but never do anything about it or worse yet, regularly do things to sabatoge themselves and the rest of us with weak constitutions. (ME ) Will you "Be on my side"? Talk to you soon.-SwimMom

Hello ladies well my weight has been a real trip for me. I feel like I am in some type of slump. I weigh 211. 6. I will try and drink more water but I am a teacher and I don't get to go to the washroom that much. I need to exercise. I am so tired when I get home from work. I am having a difficult time adjusting to work becasue I have been off for 2 months and 3 and a half weeks. I am so glad to be starting over. So I am committed keep losing ladies we can do this but it is going to take some work.
