Smile In Need of Motivation and Buddy!!

Hey all. Im Latavia, 22 year old mother to a beautiful 7 month old little boy. Im 5'4 and weigh 170.8 now. I need to lose 30lbs to get to my desired weight. My biggest problem is being motivated, SO im looking for a weight loss buddy who's very much motivated to lose weight and that will help motivate me to lose weight..

I gained 39lbs (162) during pregnancy which put me at 201..I lost down to 185 which I was stuck at for a while, now im finally at 170.8...

Really, I'm in Memphis too! I have a daughter who will be three in Nov. and my son just turned one! I know what you mean about motivation. I am feeling great right now because I just finished exercising! I've been at it now for two weeks. I know that it is hard to find time to exercise w/ a little one. If you want a buddy I'm here for ya! You can send me a pm /. I am happy to have someone from Memphis here!
I am at my heaviest weight since having my children. I was 170 before having kids. I've lost ten pounds in about two months. I don't follow a diet - I do try to eat healthy. But my main thing is exercising. I am finally getting there. I've found some awesome support here. I hope the same for you!

that's great...You are doing so good, if it was me 1 week would have cut it and my lazy butt would've stopped, Keep up the good work girl..We can become weight loss buddies Congrats on your 10lb weight loss ..

Thanks girl Im fine. How are you? Sunday was the first day of my workout plan..I did 20mins on my lateral thigh trainer, some upper body weight training with 5lbs weights and 100 crunches...

So how are you doing?? Did you workout today?

Hey - I am here. I've working my tail off!! I've been exercising like a mad women. I am so happy that you started your plan!! Good for you. I've lost some more weight. Slowly. I can tell that I've lost because my chair doesn't scream when I sit down to work on the computer!! Ha!

So where do you live in Memphis - if ya don't mind me asking? I was just wondering. I live in Corodva.

Hope that you continue to kepp on your plan, girl!

Hey girl sorry I've been MIA lol by the way I stay downtown in Harbor Town.. Congrats on your weight loss I wish I was losing weight lol I've missed like 2 days of working out but im ready to get back on track..Tommorrow I will continue of where I left off on my workout plan..
Do you know any good areobic tapes?? I do have Walk Away the pounds 1 mile and WATP and Kick tape..

I want to get some of those salsa dancing tapes, but I think I'll wait. I haven't tried any, though. I need to try some. I haven't been able to walk in the daytime ( my sweet children are driving me insane!). I have an exercise bike. I've been biking for about an hour. Not the same as walking. I really love walking.

I hope you get back on track! I am trying to up my exercise. We'll see. Keep going girl! I'll check on ya soon!

Girl Im trying to get myself back on track it's so hard.. Imma start over fresh I mean my eating habits are on track Im doing great in the food part its justthat im lazy.. Im maintaining at 170 only because i've been lazy these last couple of days I am happy that I haven't gained anything as a matter of fact i've lost like 2oz thats better than nothing..

I hear ya! I haven't exercised is three days. My kids have been sick. It's still an excuse, I know. But I am exercising today, come **** or high water!!! This is the real test for me. Usually when I stop for even a day - I never get back on track. Not this time. I've come to far.

Throw on your running shoes. Make a deal w/yourself. Do atleast ten minutes exercising (whatever you want). If after ten minutes you are done, then stop. But if you feel like doing ten more, do it! Just start today!!!!

hey i hear you, i am 21 and have a son 1 and 2 1/2. I need to be 125 again. i currently weith 147. i really want to look like im 21, not 40

Hey there! I am exercising daily. My son is still sick. Poor guy has roseola. He should be better soon. I am doing what I can.

How about you? I hope that you are getting back on track. It is so hard! How is your little one doing?
