I know the SBD allows alfalfa sprouts for phase 1, but what about the other types of sprouts? like the ones they serve in Japanese resraunts ans such...the bigger, thicker sprouts...I assume they are fine, because they are a veggie...
As far as I know, any sprouts are fine: bean, alfalfa, pea, broccoli, radish, daikon, onion, or whatever. They are all greens, really (just very, very baby ones), and I can't think of any greens that are not okay to eat.
