Happy Labor Day Ladies!
Hope all of you are not working today in observance. I am home and so is my hubby, but he just worked 48 hours so he is asleep. The FD is short because of all the rescue workers they send to MS and LA.
My aunt heard from a neighbor that her house is almost entirely INTACT! And no flooding either! It really is a miracle. Still no power of course, and it looks like she will be out of work for a month at least (she is a middle school teacher). My cousin was unemployed and looking for work before the hurricane, so now it will be impossible for her to find a job. So she is relocating---potentially here with me.

As for the weigh in. I am still the same, 202.6
I did get my 3 days of workouts in last week, though, despite work and out of town company. I went over my points on 3 days, maybe four. It was bad.
So I know that's why I didn't lose any. I have been feeling myself slipping the last few weeks, and I am determined to get back on and stay on program EVERY SINGLE DAY this week! I can do it!!
There is no company coming and no parties to go to heee hee!

Last night I did my Denise Austin personal training system. I think the cardio part is awful on that dvd, but the toning segments are awesome. My abs are killing me this morning! The triceps are sore too. No pain, no gain! The gym is open today but no babysitting, so I will probably just ride my bike today. And go for a swim with the girls.
