Hmmm on your own or in a gym? on your own you could go walking/jogging, skipping. I would'nt mind playing tennis/badminton..not done since I was a kid so it would be entertaining to see if I could still hit the ball have you any exercise equipment? I my treadmill (at the moment ) you could get one of those mini trampolines a few of the girls have those

Walking with an MP3 and your favorite music is excellent...once you are in better shape you could jog some sprints to help burn more calories... Do some aerobic tapes, there are a plethora of them out there... I'm a bonifide gym rat and runner so I like to have people around me and socializing, most of the time... But whatever you do, make sure it's fun for you... and get moving and just DO IT!!

I want a mini trampoline but I am skint so I might ask for it for xmas, they look like fun.

Also what about an exercise DVD? Ministry of Sound Pump it Up is fun but makes you want to wear legwarmers. I like Davina's Power of 3 but it is hard work and you can ache for a couple of days after the first time!

I also have a gym ball and a workout DVD that goes with it.

Default Re mini trampoline

I have got one of those lying under my bed it's been there for 6 months .The last time i used it i nearly peed myself (I've seen those ads for bladder weakness but never thought they applied to me ) Also if you have a big heaving bosom as i do vigourously bouncing up and down is the last thing you want to do!
