10 minutes bike, 30 minutes treadmill and 10 minutes stepper. Was very tired tonight, but I did it. Then in the changing rooms at the gym some lady who I have seen around but never talked to said "gosh you're looking fantastic and have lost heaps of weight well done" Made my night!!!!

Kykaree I bet that was a real ego boost! I have lost a bit and only two people have noticed and it was on the same day, that day I was floating around and checking myself out in shop windows! Hope you keep that feeling!
I have walked for about forty mins briskly and danced in my parents kitchen for ten mins! I really felt it because for two weeks I have been sat next to a hospital bed I haven't even walked more than to the car and to the wards! I admit I was a bit sweaty but I felt good for getting out!

3 or 4 mile run round the park this morning. Shockingly early considering I only got to bed at 1am...

YP you're MAD! I've just got up!
Did some lovely heavy weights last night, didn't feel like it, but did it anyways and felt better for it afterwards!
