A friend of mine lost a whole bunch of weight (I don't even know how much, it's just obvious by looking at her), and she told me she uses this site for support, so I thought I would drop in. I'm doing low-carb style, I started at 205, I'm down to about 194 (i wish that scale needle would hold still!) and I'm hoping to get to 140. I lost 30 lbs this way last year, let the holidays mess things up and went downhill from there. So! starting over!
