This idea doesn't seem to be catching on. Oh well, maybe in time.
My eating stats (according to fitday.com) are really good for yesterday.
I had a little under 1200 calories, 12% fats, 42% carbs and 46% protein.

Do any of you enter your vitamins in fitday? I had a half hearted stab at it this morning and couldn't find anything. You must customize them???

I had right at 1300 calories, 37% fats (ouch) less eggs lol , carbs 43% and protein 20%.

I wanted to add a vitamin to fitday but didnt know how to do it. I take a few different things. I would assume just pick something rename it and add your additional information on the bottle. Though it would be hard to add the boron, ect cause it doesnt have those listed.

Jewelz76 ... I don't remember the last time I ate an egg yolk. I eat tons of whites. If I was going to make scrambled eggs or an omelet I'd use 4 eggs but only one yolk. I learned that here at 3fc

Oh and I haven't tried the vitamin thing at fitday yet. I'd better go biking first and do some housework. My husband is having a meeting at my kitchen table tonight!

I decided to slack down on the eggs so far no eggs for the day lol. Yeah!! The only way I can eat egg whites by themself is if they are boiled and removed center. Egg whites are really low in calories too. What I had read anyways.

Fitday~ Im pretty sure you can cause I was even able to edit the title. Let me know.

I havent been to busy today. I went grocery shopping and wanted to do the stemmed brocoli... Never steamed anything and I have a steamer lol. Sad isnt it?

When my hubby was manager for a tire shop they used to have meetings at our house alot. I know how stressful that is and the hard work put forward. I hope it goes good

Good morning Calorie Counters! I'm just making myself a nice cup of coffee and then I'm going to read a bit here in the forums.

I did finally get my vitamins put in fitday. It took a little work because they want a % of RDA and I had to fool a bit with the difference between international units and micrograms. But they're in and my nutrition report looks much better.

My stats from yesterday are OK ... 1205 cals. But I found these low fat, low sugar cookies for my husbands meeting and I had some and roast in the crockpot for supper. So my fats are up to 30%.

Oh yes the meeting went well.

So I'm off to read now. It's supposed to clear here later today. I'll bike when it's drier.

Oh Aphil, I should have known that. I went to doin it the old fashioned way before.

Diamond Girl, you can join whereever you'd like. I'm a 3fc junky so I'll probably go to both. Fitday needs a little study and work, but it's free and you'll soon get the hang of it.

Jewelz76, I'm not sure about the protein. I keep mine up because I'm working to lose weight and build muscle.

http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=63192
This thread discusses that.

I'm at that dreaded place in a long active day. I'm tired. It's after ten. I should go knit. But I'm under calories.
I'm not hungry. Nothing in the house appeals to me.
Yesterday I went over so this could just be a balancing out day
Hmmm .... I'll go rummage through the kitchen.
What would you do?

I would eat something.. I know Ive fallen below 1000 which is easy to do when youve had a very busy day. I over did my late snack yesterday and it put me up to 1500 cals for that day.. but today I only hit 1000. I sometimes snack on celery late at night.
You would be proud of me I got up to 50 in protein. Yeah!

50 grams is much better.

I had a piece of cheese and rounded out at 1095.

It is beautiful weather here again today. I might just go for a walk for a change. I finally remembered to get a battery for my MP3 player

At least you ate something.. I walk with my cd/radio player. I had to buy rechargeables cause that and my dig. camera eats up regular batteries. That and I got tired of hubby stealing my batteries . So we have a set for each of us in the house. lol My oldest/youngest daughters uses a gameboy so they have have them too.
Well, I guess Im gonna go into town today and look for some workout videos. It will be quite refreshing to have something new in my activities. Wish me luck
