Default 2x2 Challenge 24th August - 7th Sept

This thread is for anyone that would like to participate in the 2x2 challenge. The 2x2 stands for 2 lbs in 2 weeks.

For those of us with a lot of weight to lose, motivation can come from breaking it up into much smaller short-term goals, and focussing on those manageable goals rather than the big picture. So lets move it and lose it - 2 lbs at a time!

How to participate:
If you would like to join in, highlight the list below, copy it, and then paste it into a reply and add your name at the bottom. The next person copies that list, and adds their name in a reply.
Next, write down your weight somewhere safe and then check in on the thread in 2 weeks time to report your loss - aiming at 2 lbs loss for the 2 weeks.

If we lose 2 lbs every 2 weeks, then we are 52 lbs lighter at the end of 1 year!

Hows everyone doing? Have we only got four of us in the challenge this fortnight? Wow!
I did go to the dieitican today and did have a loss, but I'm going to wait until next week to make sure I can stay at least 2 lbs down for the 2 weeks!

We can do it chickies,

How is Everyone doing?

I havent been online as much as I would like because I have started my fall semester
as well as working fulltime.

So far I have lost 4lbs. I really like do the Leslie Sansone - Walk Away the Pounds Dvd.

Well I lost one measly pound! (Same as last time). I wish my body would get it's act together! I don't think I should be leading this challenge! Someone that is being more successful should!

However now I'm starting to get over my flu I am going to get back into exercising - that should help!

Doing ok. Recovering from the flu as well.

I weigh in on Saturdays, so ending 9/3, I lost 5lbs.
